Matt Rife at FedExForum

Matt Rife brings his stand-up comedy to FedExForum in Memphis, Tennessee, on January 9, 2027. The Memphis-Tickets.com event listing places the show in the Concerts category and Comedy subcategory. Prices currently start around $40, with final costs varying by seat location and availability.

Matt Rife Biography and Show

Ohio-born comedian Matt Rife spent years performing in comedy clubs before a wave of viral crowd-work clips introduced him to a much wider audience in 2022 and 2023. His style blends improvisational audience interaction with observational humor, dating stories, and self-deprecating jokes. His Netflix special Natural Selection, released in 2023, further expanded his profile.

Rife's ProbleMATTic World Tour marked his rise from club performer to arena headliner. The January 9 date is the listed Memphis appearance at FedExForum; tour details and any additional local dates have not been provided. The show format is expected to combine audience interaction with prepared material, while rotating comedians may open. Specific opening acts for this date have not been announced in the supplied event information.

FedExForum's large-scale setting suits an arena comedy show, where screens can help audience members follow moments of crowd work. The event offers Memphis fans a chance to see Rife's quick improvisation and personal, conversational approach live.

Venue and Seating Information

FedExForum is a major indoor venue in downtown Memphis, hosting large events across entertainment and sports. Seating is arranged for arena-scale shows, and the exact configuration can vary by event. For comedy, seats with a clear view of the stage and screens can make it easier to catch expressions and audience interactions. Check the event's seating map when selecting tickets, as sections and sightlines depend on the show layout.

Lower-level seats closer to the stage may offer a more direct view, while elevated sections can provide a broader perspective of the production. Review the listed seat details before purchase, especially for any seats with potentially restricted views.

Parking Information

Parking availability, rates, and operating details can change for event nights. Consider checking current venue-area parking listings before traveling and allow extra time for downtown traffic.

• Look for event-day parking in the downtown area and confirm walking distance to FedExForum before booking.
• Compare available lots and garages for current pricing, entry instructions, and any restrictions; no specific lot or price has been confirmed for this event.
